As a Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for leading environmental initiatives across our High Voltage (HV) product portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for sustainability, a strong technical background, and the ability to drive impactful change across global operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, improve performance, and embed sustainability into every stage of the product lifecycle. How you’ll make an impact
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies, roadmaps, and action plans aligned with corporate goals and regulatory requirements
• Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and prepare Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) for HV products in accordance with international standards
• Define and maintain internal sustainability guidelines, ensuring consistent practices across product lines and business units
• Provide technical expertise on emissions reporting, product circularity, and environmental performance improvements
• Collaborate with product management, R&D, and supply chain teams to drive sustainable product design and innovation

Your Background
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or a closely related technical field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sustainability, with a strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards
• Proven expertise in LCA methodologies, emissions scopes, recycling frameworks, and circular economy principles
• Experience working with industrial or high-voltage products is preferred; knowledge of the energy sector is a strong asset
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
