We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Bristol Bay Construction Holdings. As a key member of our environmental consulting group, you will be responsible for managing federal environmental projects nationwide, focusing on sustainability and compliance.
Responsibilities
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Direct professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors/field personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct data analysis, studies, and comparisons to relevant research to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage project invoicing and cash flow management to maintain financial stability.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, earth sciences, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with 4+ years of experience on federal projects.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and influencing skills to foster a collaborative environment.
• Ability to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
