We are a dynamic organization dedicated to sustainability and reducing energy poverty in underserved communities across Canada and the United States.

We seek an experienced Sustainability Project Coordinator to join our team and support the launch and growth of our Empower Me Ontario division.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Empower Me, Western Canadian team to build the Ontario division, focusing on energy efficiency programs in the Greater Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate events and workshops to educate the public on energy efficiency and renewable energy
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners
• Ensure program standards are maintained while incorporating appropriate localization
• Manage projects from initiation to completion
• Support the development of sponsorship reports and updates

Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role working with public and private stakeholders
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Community-centered with demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of diverse communities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Bilingual, preferably fluent in one of the following: Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Somali
