Sustainability Programs Analyst

Supporting the execution of customer-driven conservation projects, the full-time remote Sustainability Programs Analyst will coordinate farm-level assessments, manage logistics, and assist in the development of sustainability reports and resources within the dairy sector. Key responsibilities: Support execution of farm-level environmental programs by coordinating assessments, tracking participation, and ensuring alignment with program deliverables Prepare first-draft inputs for sustainability reports and organize farm-level data to support analysis and reporting Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop materials for sustainability presentations and maintain project documentation for timely execution of deliverables Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, agriculture, sustainability, data analytics, or a related field 0-2+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, agriculture, environmental programs, data analysis, or project coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and writing skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with a focus on agricultural and farmer-facing work
