Job Description

Senior Commercial Operations Specialist: We are seeking a specialist for the Customer Operations team, part of the broader Business Development team. This position offers the opportunity to be in a customer-facing operations role within our battery recycling and battery materials business, with a particular focus on providing support to our suppliers and ensuring smooth program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfill day-to-day customer requests related to supplier onboarding, logistics, purchase orders, reporting, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM, ERP, and portal systems, suggesting process improvements.
• Refine processes for smooth program operations and excellent service levels.
• Manage supplier purchase orders and payments in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
• Develop analytics and software for recycling programs.
