About the position

The Sustainability Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and reporting data related to various sustainability initiatives within the organization. This position is based in Racine, WI, and is a contract role lasting for five months, starting on July 22, 2024. The coordinator will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data related to Supplier Diversity, Supplier Due Diligence, Scope 1, 2, and 3 Carbon emissions, and Deforestation, among other sustainability programs. This role requires a strong ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all sustainability metrics are accurately reported and communicated to stakeholders. The coordinator will also facilitate policy and contract revisions and approvals, ensuring that all sustainability initiatives align with the company's goals and compliance requirements. Additionally, the role involves supporting ongoing digitization efforts within the sustainability department, representing the sustainability team in various projects aimed at improving data management and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across different functions within the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in sustainability efforts. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a basic understanding of sustainability platforms such as SEDEX and CDP. The coordinator will also be expected to utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and insights that will drive decision-making and enhance the company's sustainability initiatives.
