Sustainability Performance Manager Job Description:

The Sustainability Performance Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a proactive ESG strategy, engaging both internal and external stakeholders, to enhance the Company's image and position it as a leader in sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ESG strategies that engage internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the Company's ESG performance.
• Lead initiatives for timely reporting of ESG disclosures, ensuring compliance with ESG platform requirements.
• Monitor and maintain expertise on ESG-related regulations and frameworks, providing insights and recommendations.
• Present the Company's annual sustainability report, ensuring compliance with prescribed ESG frameworks and standards.

Requirements:
• University Degree in business, engineering, sustainability, marketing, or other related field.
• 3-5 years' proven experience in sustainability with ESG reporting and strategy experience in a corporate setting.
• Third-party certified sustainability and/or ESG reporting professional credential.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, regulations, and reporting requirements.
