Sustainability Marketing Coordinator (Partnership Focus) | DoneGood | Remote (US-based)
About The Role
DoneGood is seeking a creative, data-driven, and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to help us grow a new channel on the DoneGood e-commerce marketplace while supporting existing marketing efforts. This role will manage a variety of marketing functions (ads, emails, content, partner relations, etc.), and help in developing strategies to grow our affiliate and service referral channels. You will work closely with the DoneGood team to ensure that we effectively engage our partners, track key growth metrics, and continuously improve our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
• Find, build, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring they are well-supported and engaged with DoneGood’s mission and goals.
• Write blogs and content for our service marketplace This includes ideation, planning, and execution.
• Collaborate with the DoneGood team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing. strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our service marketplace
• Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the creation and optimization of product pages, landing pages, and promotional materials on our e-commerce platform to maximize conversion rates and user experience.
• Create one-pagers, decks, and other marketing assets (including graphic design) to support both internal and partner-facing initiatives.
• As part of a dynamic startup, be ready to step in on various projects across marketing to support the overall goals of the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience (2+ years) working in a marketing role or similar capacity
• Experience with affiliate marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO, and content marketing
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
• Personal or professional experience with topics like sustainability, social impact, environmentalism, etc
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
• Experience with Email Marketing software (ActiveCampaign)
