ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our full-time Sustainability Manager, you'll lead the charge in reducing environmental impact, ensuring ethical sourcing, and driving sustainability across our entire operation. Your day will be dynamic-you'll analyze and verify feed sourcing to ensure it's deforestation-free, optimize waste reduction and recycling programs, and strategize to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and water use intensity. You'll collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and regulatory agencies to enforce ethical labor rights and prudent antibiotic use policies while conducting risk assessments and audits to keep operations compliant and forward-thinking. Your expertise in sustainability reporting, carbon footprint reduction, and energy efficiency will be key to setting ambitious goals-and achieving them.
