Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in sustainability management. The position allows for a hybrid schedule but requires proximity to the office and some travel (10-15%). Salary is between $100K–130K annually.
A global manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager with multi-state & international experience. The individual will lead the company's global initiatives in environmental responsibility and corporate sustainability, with a focus on carbon emissions reduction from industrial manufacturing processes. The individual will be able to work a hybrid schedule, but will need to reside within a commutable distance from the office, and must be able to travel domestically and internationally (10-15%).

The role:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy with an emphasis on reducing CO2 emissions, aligning with the organization's goals and values.
• Collaborate to integrate sustainability principles into various business functions, including supply chain, operations, and product development.
• Monitor and report on key sustainability performance indicators, ensuring transparency and accountability in our sustainability efforts.
• Lead the development and execution of sustainability communication strategies, both internally and externally.

The candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related discipline required.
• Proven experience in sustainability management, with a focus on CO2 reduction, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP).
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, carbon footprint analysis, and sustainable business practices, particularly at a global scale.
