This role will be instrumental in delivering on-site environmental and social value services, supporting major aviation projects, and driving sustainability initiatives across multiple sites. As part of a dedicated responsible business team, you will play a key role in achieving carbon reduction targets, enhancing social value contributions, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead sustainability and carbon reduction strategies, ensuring project goals are met. • Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, and social value initiatives, ensuring legal and client commitments are delivered. • Work closely with clients, contractors, regulators, and communities to integrate sustainability into project delivery. • Track, report, and analyse sustainability performance, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. • Manage stakeholder engagement, including training, community investment programs, and employment initiatives. • Represent the company in industry forums, client meetings, and working groups to drive best practices. About You: • 4+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or social value work. • Strong knowledge of construction sustainability practices, compliance frameworks, and reporting. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. • Experience in developing and implementing environmental management systems. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
