Job Description
Philip Morris International is seeking a Sustainability Manager in Wilson, NC, to develop and implement sustainable initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, along with a solid understanding of sustainability principles. Responsibilities include facilitating partnerships, analyzing practices, researching technologies, and leading projects to reduce environmental impact. The position is full-time with a salary range of $50K–$80K annually.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sustainable initiatives and programs that support Philip Morris International's corporate strategy.
Facilitate partnerships with global teams to ensure sustainability goals are met.
Analyze corporate sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce company’s environmental impact and maximize efficiency.
Research, identify, and evaluate new sustainability technologies and best practices.
Monitor and review the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on sustainability issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
Prepare reports to measure the success of sustainability initiatives.
Lead sustainability projects and initiatives.
