Sustainability Manager

Constellation Energy Generation, LLC is seeking a full-time Sustainability Manager in Warrenville, IL. The role focuses on forecasting accuracy for implementation contracts and timely reporting. Candidates should have direct sales experience in energy efficiency or related fields and established contacts in education, healthcare, or government sectors. No degree is specified as a requirement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Forecasting accuracy associated with the closing of implementation contracts.
• Timely and accurate reporting as required by sales leader.
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct sales experience successfully originating new business within at least one of the following industries: energy efficiency/sustainability, mechanical contracting (design/build), consulting engineering, architecture, original equipment manufacturer, and/or municipal financial services.
• Possesses an established executive-level contact base within school districts, higher education, healthcare, and/or state or local governments (S.L.E.D markets).
