Sustainability Manager

Bosch is seeking a Sustainability Manager in Johannesburg, South Africa, to lead sustainability initiatives. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in sustainability or related fields, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of environmental regulations. They should have a strong understanding of environmental regulations and how they affect our business. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience working in sustainability, environmental, or energy-related fields.The right candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sustainability strategies that meet our overall sustainability goals.
Monitor and analyze environmental regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create reports and presentations to communicate sustainability progress and results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure sustainability initiatives are properly implemented.
Research and implement new technologies and best practices to improve existing sustainability strategies.
Develop and update policies and procedures for sustainability initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
Ensure all sustainability initiatives are in compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
Plan and coordinate sustainability-related events and activities.
Provide guidance and support to team members on sustainability topics.
