Sustainability Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and practices that meet regulatory requirements and support business objectives
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into business processes and operations
• Support the development and implementation of EHS training programs to ensure employee compliance and awareness
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in EHS management systems
• Working knowledge of US federal, state, and local environmental regulations
• Experience with EHS software platforms and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
