This leading engineering services company is looking for an individual to build up their current sustainability team and champion their green vision across Australia. Projects range from data centres, hospitals, schools, commercial, retail and residential, supported by numerous in-house disciplines.

Responsibilities:
• Drive business development initiatives with a sustainability-first lens.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients and industry partners.
• Lead and deliver projects across Green Star, NABERS, WELL, and BASIX frameworks.
• Strategically grow and mentor sustainability teams, fostering talent and innovation.
• Collaborate across teams to embed sustainability principles into core operations.

Requirements:
• A proven track record delivering results across national sustainability portfolios.
• Expertise in navigating and applying Green Star, NABERS, WELL, and BASIX rating tools.
• Strong business acumen with solid experience in client facing roles.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
