The role involves providing strategic support for sustainability initiatives, conducting market research, and developing proposals. What will you do. As a Sustainability Management Intern, you will provide strategic support for the Siemens Canada CEO and Sustainability Manager in the following capacities, but are not limited to: Conducting comprehensive research on key markets and industry verticals to provide data-driven insights for strategic planning and thought leadership to uncover emerging sustainability opportunities and areas for growth. Analyze successful applications of AI/GEN across industries, with a particular focus on sustainability.
Contribute to the development and expansion of sustainability-driven business initiatives and opportunities. Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and supporting materials to effectively pitch Siemens Canada solutions to clients and stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and advance new sustainability-related projects and strategic partnerships.
Support business requests from Siemens Canada CEO, as they arise. What will you need to succeed. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Sustainability or Business.
Knowledge of corporate sustainability and decarbonization Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information from multiple sources Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills Collaborative with an ability to cultivate relationships and networks Agile Creative thinker with an ability for resourcefulness About us.
