Sustainability Intern will support the organization’s climate and sustainability initiatives through research, data collection, fieldwork, and reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience in environmental monitoring, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting environmental impact assessments and audits.
Support data collection and analysis for climate change adaptation and mitigation projects.
Participate in field visits for biodiversity monitoring, water/air quality testing, or waste management.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on environmental topics.
Contribute to sustainability campaigns and community outreach programs.
Maintain documentation and records in line with environmental compliance standards.
Attend internal meetings and workshops related to environmental policy and strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Studies, Sustainability Studies, or related field.
Basic understanding of environmental regulations, climate change, and sustainability principles.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; Geographic Information System (GIS) or data visualization tools is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for environmental conservation and climate action.
