Sustainability HR Leader

Nexamp is seeking a Sustainability HR Leader in Boston, MA, to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate has HR operations experience and can create analytics dashboards. Strong communication skills and initiative for process improvements are essential. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have experience working in HR operations and a strong track record of developing comprehensive People analytics dashboards that monitor key HR metrics and offer actionable insights for leadership. Your expertise will be instrumental in refining our compensation practices to support headcount planning strategies.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization. You will also be able to showcase initiative to make improvements to current work, processes, products, and services across the organization.
