Sustainability Expert Leader

The Sustainability Expert Leader plays a pivotal role in collecting and analyzing ESG data for corporate ratings and SDGA product. This involves both qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial data in combination with assessing companies' contribution or obstruction to the achievement of the UN SDGs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of research analysts, providing guidance, development support, and overseeing their performance.
• Drive efficient and high-quality research processes, manage projects, and enhance our ratings methodology.
• Contribute to thought leadership by evaluating sustainability performance, including areas like working standards, emissions, and resource consumption.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, sustainability, or similar; MBA preferred.
• At least 7-10 years of relevant professional research writing experience, including at least 2 years of people management.
• Must have solid knowledge in UN SDGs (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals).
