Sustainability Expert

RecruiterPH is hiring a Sustainability Expert in Makati, Metro Manila. The role involves engaging clients, developing sustainability strategies, implementing best practices in non-financial reporting, and managing client relationships. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 6 years of experience in sustainability/ESG services, and knowledge of ESG disclosure platforms. This is a full-time position.
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist to support our environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with new clients to expand sustainability services.
• Develop strategies for enhancing sustainability practices within organizations.
• Help organizations implement best practices in reporting non-financial performance.
• Manage client relationships, drive business development efforts, and create thought leadership content.
• Support team growth through relationship-building management style.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management, or a related field. Postgraduate studies in a sustainability-related field are advantageous. You should also have minimum 6 years of experience delivering sustainability/ESG program services. Knowledge of major ESG disclosure platforms and reporting frameworks is essential. Additionally, you should be able to manage complex client communications efficiently.
