We’re looking for a Sustainability / ESG Consultant who is passionate about driving change, solving complex challenges, and helping organizations embed sustainability at their core.

What You'll Do:

✔️ Develop strategies to reduce emissions across Scopes 1, 2 & 3

✔️ Conduct GHG assessments using GHG Protocol, ISO 14064

✔️ Build and implement net-zero and ESG strategies (SBTi, UN SDGs, IFRS, etc.)

✔️ Analyze ESG performance and risks, and report using GRI, BRSR, TCFD

✔️ Create meaningful sustainability metrics and KPIs

✔️ Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders

✔️ Stay current with sustainability trends, frameworks, and reporting standards

What We're Looking For:

🔸 At least 2 years of relevant experience

🔸 Strong grasp of ESG frameworks and emissions accounting

🔸 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

🔸 Proficiency in Microsoft Office

🔸 Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to learn

🔸 Passion for working in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment

Preferred but Not Required:

🌱 Master’s degree in sustainability or environmental disciplines

🌱 Project management experience

🌱 Knowledge of ESG ratings, carbon credits, ISO standards, and LCA

🌱 Certifications (e.g. Certified ESG Analyst, LEED GA/AP, etc.)
