Job Description

Cargill is hiring a Sustainability Data Owner in Wayzata, MN, to manage sustainability data and develop systems for accuracy and integrity. Manage and oversee all sustainability data for the organization.
Develop and maintain data management systems and processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of sustainability data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report on sustainability data.
Identify and implement best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to sustainability data management.
Communicate sustainability data and progress to internal and external stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other mediums.
Identify areas for improvement and proactively implement solutions to enhance data management processes.
Monitor and track data quality and address any discrepancies or issues.
Train and educate team members on data management protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy of sustainability data.
Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability data, providing guidance and support to others within the organization.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives.
Participate in sustainability audits and assessments, providing necessary data and documentation.
Continuously evaluate and improve data management strategies and systems to support the organization's sustainability goals.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences related to sustainability data management.
