Job Description

Frontier Agriculture is hiring a Sustainability Coordinator for their Sustainable Crop Production Delivery team in Sandy, UK, offering a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The role involves supporting private sector initiatives, building relationships with farmers and partners, and managing data collection and administrative tasks. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and preferably agricultural experience.
We are looking for a Sustainability Coordinator to join the Sustainable Crop Production Delivery (SCPD) team at Frontier, based at Sandy, on a permanent, full-time basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Travelling to other Frontier sites and event venues across the UK will be required at times.

You will support the facilitation and delivery of private sector initiatives which work in conjunction with global supply chain funding partners. You will build excellent customer relationships, and provide advice and administrative support to colleagues, farmers, and supply chain partners to ensure successful implementation at both the farm gate and landscape scale.

• Previous field agronomy or agricultural experience is desirable

Your Role

As a Sustainability Coordinator your role will involve:
• Working within the SCPD team to support the implementation of private sector funding programmes.
• Communicating with Growers to collect data and evidence to agreed timelines for monitoring, recording and verification requirements.
• Working with the SCPD Commercial team to deliver communication to farmers on private funding, contract issuing and data collection.
• Working with Sustainability Operations Manager to review & continuously improve the systems and processes used to collect and collate data.
• Working with the Sustainability Operations Manager to ensure necessary tools for data collection and collation are kept relevant and effective.
• Administration and record keeping for all business processes within the SCPD Operations team.
• Administration and organisational support of sustainability related workshops and training days.
