Sustainability Coordinator

Role Summary

The EHS Specialist will provide guidance on EHS matters to employees and contractors, develop and implement EHS programs, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires an individual with a strong background in EHS, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Accountabilities
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct hazard assessments and risk analyses to identify potential hazards and develop controls to mitigate risks.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees and contractors on EHS matters.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in EHS.
• Professional certification in EHS or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
