This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sustainability Coordinator and play a critical role in our conservation efforts.

As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a crew of young adults on various conservation projects throughout the western United States.

Your primary focus will be on implementing project management strategies, ensuring the quality and quantity of project work, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for crew members, promoting individual corps member development, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
