Sustainability Consultant (Green Building)

Conserve Consultants is seeking a Sustainability Consultant (Green Building) in Chennai, India. The role involves client handling, business development, project management, and ensuring sustainable building designs. Candidates should have relevant certifications and 3-7 years of experience in related fields. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical teams are essential. The position is full-time and requires travel.
Job description

1. Client handling.

2. To Create Business development plans to generate leads for the business in line with the strategy and to meet the targets.

3. Good communication skills with Team players, customer handling skills, and willingness to travel

4. Interaction with Architect and Project team to make the design of the building sustanaliable.

5. Should be able to understand the customer's needs to make an offer to order.

6. Handling the Whole project till the End to get the green performance and certification

7. Interaction with the Technical support team at Chennai to get all the reports done and explain the same to the customers.

8. Sending quotes, case studies, Scope of work, agreements with clauses, Payment follow-up for collection with the clients.

9. To Met MAR( Milestone achievement request rolling plan) Invoice, Target to achieve the agreed targets for the Team.

10. Should load all the documents in the KPM and PMP to pull the documents whenever required

11. Should have good presentation skills to attract clients and get references out of it.

Skills Required
• LEEDAP/IGBC AP or any other Related certifications
• Working experience in any green building certification
• Experience in client coordination/Project execution/Project management

Qualification

Any Engineering Degree with Green Building Knowledge

Experience

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Construction Material Business Development/ Architecture, MEP, PMC, EIA, Energy Audit Consulting Firm/ Sustainability, Green Certifications
