Sustainability Consultant

RGB Network is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to join their London team. The role involves leading sustainability projects, preparing reports, conducting site inspections, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in sustainability consultancy, proficiency in One Click LCA, and familiarity with UK sustainability standards. The position is hybrid, based in Central London, with a salary range of £40k - £60k.

As a 100% employee-owned trust, they deliver innovative, sustainable solutions across the UK, with expertise in MEP, sustainability, vertical transportation, NABERS, and energy modelling.

They’re looking for a motivated Sustainability Consultant to join their growing London team. You’ll lead and contribute to projects across commercial, mixed-use, and industrial sectors, providing expert advice and working closely with clients and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sustainability aspects of projects and attend client/design meetings
• Prepare reports, sustainability statements, and planning documentation
• Conduct site inspections and provide clear, detailed feedback
• Use tools like One Click LCA; stay current with UK sustainability standards
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with wider project teams

About You & Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in sustainability consultancy (especially commercial offices)
• Proficient in One Click LCA
• Familiar with UKGBC, LETI, RIBA, GLA, and other industry frameworks
• Strong report writing, communication, and organisational skills
• Confident, client-facing, and a strong team player

Desirable:
• BREEAM Assessor, WELL AP, Fitwel, ActiveScore, or RESET accreditation
• Experience with circular economy strategies and planning statements
• Full UK driving licence and/or working towards IEMA/CIBSE membership
