We are seeking a motivated and analytical Sustainability Consultant to join our growing Middle East & Asia team. As a key member of our sustainability practice, you will contribute to developing innovative solutions that help our clients achieve their environmental and social responsibility goals. This is a full-time position, based in Bangalore office.
• Experience with Middle East projects on local frameworks such as Estidama, Mostadam is a plus.
• Conduct sustainability assessments for various client projects.
• Contribute to the development of sustainability strategies on projects in coordination with the wider team.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on sustainabiltiy features embedded in the project design.
• Provide technical advice on sustainable design and construction practices
• Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure sustainabiltiy requirements are understood and implemented.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainability
• Assist in calculating carbon footprints and conducting life cycle assessments for products and services
• Manage projects independently including client presentation and communications

Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sustainability or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Excellent planning and organization skills for keeping up with fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of sustainability aspects of the built environment.
• Understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and climate change issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and graphical presentation skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage/collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a multi-dynamic MNC culture and working with international projects is beneficial
• LEED AP BD+C credential is required, other desired credentials such as WELL AP, BREEAM AP, IGBC AP, EDGE Expert, ENV SP.
• Experience with IES-VE or similar and OneClick LCA or similar is a plus.
