Job Description

This position is an exciting opportunity to join Ryan Companies US, Inc. as a Sustainability Program Engineer. The Program Engineer will support the Mission Critical team, focusing on projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities
• Build trusting relationships with project teams, internal departments, subcontractors, and clients.
• Train external partners and foster accountability to drive participation in owner required reporting.
• Support internal teams in compliance tracking for owner required reporting.
• Develop a strong understanding of low-impact materials, materials sourcing, sustainable materials, and sustainable initiative costs.
• Advise on and vet the impact of sustainable material choices and construction methods.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainable Design, or closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Self-starter with ability to develop strategies and reach results.
• Strong sense of self-discipline and self-accountability.
• General knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
• LEED AP, WELL AP, LFA, or similar sustainability accreditation.
