Sustainability Communications Specialist

Illuminem is seeking a Sustainability Communications Specialist to develop strategy and content for social media platforms. The role requires a recent graduate with a background in Media, Sustainability, or Business, along with strong communication skills and a passion for sustainability. The candidate must be co-located in Venice, Italy, at least 80% of the time and have legal work eligibility in Italy.

Our team is working on launching a platform that brings radical transparency to corporate ESG action.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to support our strategy development and content creation for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

The ideal candidate will understand key trends in the sector and contribute to growth management by analyzing and monitoring our metrics.

They will also work closely with our Operations teams to create impactful content centered around sustainability.

- Excellent verbal & written English skills: Clear and concise communication of insights from documents and discussions.

- Willingness to be co-located in our Venice HQ at least 80% of the time:

- Legal Work Eligibility in Italy: Hold a valid EU Working Permit to proceed with this position.
