Aviva is seeking a Sustainability Business Partner IWR/AI in London, offering a salary of £110,000 to £130,000. Head of Sustainability Salary National Circa £110,000and London Circa £130,000 This is a great job for someone who ismotivated by embedding Sustainability into a business byintegrating scalable sustainable practices within central businessfunctions and by providing a clear narrative of business for good.Who can drive strategic input to Business Unit plans to ensure theydrive Aviva’s Sustainability goals and strategy, whilst providingleadership and direction to the Group Sustainability team. Someonewho can act as a trusted advisor and provide strategic counsel tosenior leadership on ESG-related matters and be an expert in bothperspectives. A bit about the job: You will co-ordinate and drivegroup sustainability initiatives and demands within the Businessand have the ability to understand, engage and influence a range ofenterprise-wide stakeholders. You will create opportunity todevelop and prioritise action plans based on sustainabilityrequirements, ensuring they are linked to internal KPIs andrelevant external metrics, upholding control and governancestandards and driving process adherence to ensure stakeholders areengaged and their reviews reflected. Be able to represent Aviva atexternal events where required.
