Sustainability and Compliance Specialist

SCS Engineers is seeking a Sustainability and Compliance Specialist in Yukon, OK. As an Environmental Services Leader at SCS Engineers, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our ES Practice in the Oklahoma market. Your key responsibilities will include project management, business development, managing and mentoring ES staff, providing technical expertise, and serving as a Seller-Doer. You will play a leading role in new client acquisition, maintain or grow relationships with existing clients, collaborate with national technical experts, review RFPs, draft and review proposals, and enhance the value of services for existing clients. In addition, you will work with a team of professionals to assist clients in resolving environmental challenges, such as Environmental Due Diligence, Environmental Risk Assessment and Remediation, Environmental Permitting, and more. Our ideal candidate has a Bachelors or Masters of Science in an environmental related science or engineering field and 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years working at an environmental consulting firm. A background in business development in the Oklahoma market and professional registration or certification are also preferred.
