About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Compliance Professional to join our team at Saiia Construction. As a key member of our environmental team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices across all projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and leading by example in promoting a culture of sustainability within the organization. The successful candidate will have a degree in Environmental Sciences or a related field and at least 5 years' experience in environmental compliance. They will have a strong working knowledge of U.S. and State of Virginia environmental regulations and experience with energy management programs. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
