Sustainability Analyst

Genesys is seeking a Sustainability Analyst in Minneapolis, MN, to join their Corporate Sustainability team. The role involves developing and implementing sustainability strategies, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in sustainability practices. Strong analytical, communication, and creative problem-solving skills are essential. The position is full-time with a salary range of $45K–$95K annually.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with our corporate sustainability objectives.
Monitor, analyze and evaluate environmental sustainability metrics.
Develop innovative and creative solutions to sustainability challenges.
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
Research and report on emerging sustainability trends.
Develop and provide training materials to help educate employees on sustainability initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results of sustainability initiatives.
Carry out data analysis to identify areas of improvement.
Work collaboratively with staff and other stakeholders to ensure sustainability goals are met.
Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards.
