Company Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic administrator to join our Sustainability team at WJ, the UK's market leading Roadmarking and Highways safety business based in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will play a critical role is supporting our sustainability initiatives by managing data collection, reporting and compliance.

This is a full-time permanent role based in our Newcastle-under-Lyme depot.

Job Description

Your role will include:
• Prepare Sustainability reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect, analyse, and manage Sustainability-related data for internal reporting and external disclosures ensuring compliance.
• Support sustainability efforts, such as carbon footprint reduction, social responsibility programs, and corporate governance improvements.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement, including responding to Sustainability-related inquiries from investors, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain Sustainability documentation and contribute to audits and assessments.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team.
Qualifications

What you will bring to the team:
• An enthusiastic and passionate attitude towards sustainability and corporate responsibility, strong work ethic and a flexible approach.
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word etc.)
