The Opportunity
ElectraNet is seeking a Supply & Logistics Officer to support the efficient and safe processing and storage of supplies, inventory, materials, and equipment through the warehouse system. As a part of this role, you will:
• Manage warehouse and distribution operations including receipting, issuing, loading/unloading, and staging of materials.
• Complete logistics documentation such as consignments, manifests, spreadsheets, and stock takes.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and participate in safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
• Apply knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling and logistics.
• Maintain forklifts and stores vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
• Optimise warehouse layout and stock control to minimise inventory loss.
• Support emergency call-outs and assist with inventory returns and disposals.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across all warehouse areas.
About You
The successful candidate will be a motivated and proactive individual with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. You will also:
• Be self-driven and determined to deliver operational excellence.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support team members.
• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Have experience in supply chain operations, preferably with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Hold a High-Risk Work Licence (Forklift) and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Be aware of Chain of Responsibility compliance and Dangerous Goods handling.
• Experience in the electricity industry and additional licences (e.g. EWP, HR Truck) are desirable.
