About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Responsible Sourcing Program Manager to join our team. This role will focus on supply chain responsible sourcing and compliance initiatives, sustainability, auditing, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable supply chain practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related major.
• 6-8 years of experience in supply chain responsible sourcing and compliance initiatives, sustainability, auditing, or related fields.
• Excellent business insight and ability to influence business leaders.
• Experience with business analytics, change management, and communicating difficult concepts to senior leadership.
