HSBC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Sustainability Manager to join our team and drive our sustainability efforts forward. As the Supply Chain Sustainability Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing sustainable sourcing strategies and ensuring our supply chain partners adhere to our environmental and social standards. Develop and implement sustainable sourcing strategies that align with the company's overall sustainability goals and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the environmental and social performance of our supply chain partners to ensure compliance with our sustainability standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and address any sustainability risks within the supply chain.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and support to suppliers on sustainable business practices and help them implement relevant policies and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain sustainability and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into the procurement and sourcing processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to promote sustainable business practices and foster long-term partnerships.
Track and report on key sustainability metrics and progress towards sustainability goals to senior management and external stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events to showcase our commitment to sustainability and build relationships with other organizations and stakeholders.
