Ampcontrol is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to optimize supply and demand balance at their Glendale NSW facility. The role involves implementing the SIOP process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data for demand forecasting, and improving governance processes. Candidates should have experience in supply chain management, data analysis, and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field and supply chain certifications are preferred.

At Ampcontrol, we are looking for a proactive, experienced supply chain professional to embed and drive the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process at our Cameron Park facility. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams across the Ampcontrol Group, including Product Management, Solutions, Estimating, Operations, and Finance, to ensure that our supply chain runs smoothly and aligns with our financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• SIOP Process Implementation: Embed and drive the SIOP process to effectively balance supply and demand.
• Collaboration: Work with Demand Generating teams (Product Management, Solutions, Estimating) and Operations teams (Planning, Production, Engineering, Purchasing) to optimize supply chain performance.
• Data Analysis & Demand Forecasting: Collect, analyse, and interpret data on sales trends, inventory levels, production capacity, and supplier performance to generate actionable insights.
• Governance & Process Improvement: Ensure SIOP governance is in place, processes are followed and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• ERP & CRM Improvements: Partner with the Transformation team to ensure business requirements are met through system improvements.
• Metrics & Dashboards: Support the development of metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels, and on-time delivery.

• Proven experience in supply chain management, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, and the ability to leverage data for business improvement.
• Strong skills in data visualization and planning tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• APICS Certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or similar supply chain certifications is highly desirable.
Technical Competencies and Skills:
• Strong understanding and ability to drive Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes.
• Proficiency in forecasting and planning tools (e.g., CRM, ERP systems) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Experience with Microsoft 365 would be highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in driving cross-functional team alignment.
