The Supply Chain Social Responsibility Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices throughout Merit Medical Systems Inc's global supply chain.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and Implement Sustainability Initiatives: Assist in developing and implementing sustainable practices throughout Merit's global network.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and engagement.
• Supplier Engagement: Engage with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and ensure compliance with Merit's policies and regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field and two years of work-related experience.
• Proven track record in Supply Chain Social Responsibility, preferably across multiple organizations.
• Working knowledge of ISO regulations and requirements.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
