KLA is seeking a Supply Chain Responsible Sourcing Program Manager in Ann Arbor, MI. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related major, 6-8 Years related experience, Masters Degree is a plus
• Preference for someone with experience in supply chain responsible sourcing and supply chain compliance initiatives, supply chain sustainability, supply chain auditing or related field
• Understanding of and/or experience with supplier environmental reporting like GHG emissions, water and forest reporting and data collection is a plus
• Excellent business insight with demonstrated courage and ability to influence business leaders
• Experience with business analytics, change management, and communicating difficult concepts to senior leadership
• The ability to perform statistical analysis on business data to validate and quantify trends or patterns within our supply base is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required up to 10% of time

Base Pay Range: $94,800.00 - $161,200.00 Annually
