Responsibilities
As the Market Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for providing and repairing all equipment that allows us to sell and serve cold beverages. These include coolers, fountains, and vending machines to name a few. Key responsibilities are:
• Oversee a team of about 18 frontline employees
• Execute Headquarter/Region/Location objectives for equipment move and repair processes.
• Support Market /National Sales Initiatives including but not limited to Special Projects, Service Advantage and Continuous Dispatch.
• Follow parts inventory, replenishment, and equipment sourcing processes.
• Execute required Health, Safety and Environmental Training Program.
• Conduct team meetings to review KPI performance.
• Support and Execute training initiatives for Frontline employee development.
• Participate in regular meetings with Channel Managers and Directors.
Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of managerial experience in operations.
• Strong analytical and organization skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is helpful.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency preferred
