The SCM will proactively assess social and environmental risks in the battery supply chain and drive targeted and innovative activities to address them. The goal is to elevate our suppliers' sustainability performance. The role is in Tesla's Battery Responsible Sourcing (RS) team, which is part of the Battery Cell Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization that includes commercial procurement and supplier industrialization engineering. The role will focus on suppliers for our growing Energy (Megapack, Powerwall) business. The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing sustainability in battery and critical mineral supply chains and excels in a dynamic environment that allows them to independently develop innovative approaches.
