We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced individual for the role of Permanent Supply Chain Manager (End-to-End, Network Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Reverse Logistics, Investment Recovery). This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop sustainability supply chain and materials management strategies for asset retrieval, resale, recycling, and sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading new materials management sustainability programs and initiatives across hundreds of locations for equipment/hardware. From there, you'll set up a surplus reselling and recycling program with various suppliers/partners. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who is passionate about process improvement, inventory management, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the management of materials across various business units.
• Oversee the repair, refurbishment, resale, sparing, and recycling of materials to ensure efficient and sustainable use of resources.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage inventory to ensure optimal levels are maintained, reducing waste and maximizing resource utilization.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with our materials management strategy.
• Champion sustainability practices within the organization, promoting awareness and adherence to best practices.
• Lead project management initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
• Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of materials management strategy with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in materials management and supply chain operations.
• Telecom/Network Communications equipment and hardware experience is preferred.
• Proven experience setting up national/global end-to-end programs for materials management (FWD/REV distribution, repair, refurbishment, resale and recycling.
• Experience implementing accountability measures and performance metrics for tracking overall effective of MM strategies and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and optimization strategies.
• Experience partnering with vendors/suppliers on pricing negotiations, contract terms, delivery, and materials quality.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and project management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Solid understanding and commitment to sustainability practices.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
