Position Summary: The Field Site Supervisor implements the mission of SJCC+CS by using their leadership, supervisory and technical skills to develop the educational and work skills of young people while preserving the natural landscape of our community. The crew supervisor is responsible for the oversight of various environmental field projects while supervising and educating a team of 4-9 crew members aged 18 to 27. Job Duties: General Transport crew to the job site with equipment trailer in tow Work on projects that include some of the following trades: Landscaping, trail maintenance, new trail construction, in-stream enhancement, eradicating non-native plant species, fire fuel reduction, roadside maintenance and safety.
