Job Description
CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Supervisor for Environmental Services in Little Rock, AR. Responsibilities include overseeing cleaning operations, managing staff, maintaining cleaning standards, and ensuring compliance with policies. Candidates should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in institutional housekeeping, preferably in healthcare. Responsibilities
• Oversee supply levels, equipment maintenance, and efficient resource utilization to support cleaning operations.
• Lead and develop the EVS team, ensuring optimal staffing levels, performance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain high cleaning standards, conduct inspections, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of EVS services.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years experience performing institutional housekeeping supervision. Healthcare experience preferred.
• HS Diploma/GED required

Overview
As our Supervisor, Environmental Services at CHI St. Vincent, you will help our healthcare team maintain a clean and safe environment so they can provide optimal patient care.
Every day you will oversee and coordinate environmental services operations. You will be expected to manage staff, ensure compliance with infection prevention standards, and optimize cleaning procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership and organizational skills, experience in healthcare environmental services, and a commitment to patient safety.
