Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Must be willing to travel to project locations as required.
We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience in commercial, multifamily, or light industrial construction. From day one, you’ll take charge of field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Schedule and oversee subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet project deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular inspections to ensure work meets the highest standards.
• Communication: Collaborate with project teams on RFIs and material submittals to ensure smooth workflows.
• Subcontractor Oversight: Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges in partnership with the project team.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of job site activities and progress.
• Site Management: Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
• Punch Lists: Oversee the timely completion of punch list items as projects progress and close out.
Qualifications
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required to project locations.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience leading commercial, multifamily, or light industrial construction.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of construction trades and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.
• Leadership: A track record of effectively managing subcontractors and delivering successful projects.
