Principal responsibilities
Assist the team to deliver concise
accurate
effective and timely
comprehensive documentation
including that for regulatory interactions
Quality Assurance
Track
maintain and monitor a log of issues and risks for all
climate based exercises
pre
emptively escalating unmitigated risks to the managementDevelop a
stakeholder map and plan
for regular engagement on climate change issues
Work in a
cross
functional collaborative team
helping to bring together a variety of stakeholders
activities
systems and processesSupport Controls teams deliverables
assisting management of Internal Audit issues
MSII management
Helios management
Casewise
Visio flowcharts
updates to Climate team and effectively challenging and supporting the leads
Support in Climate Risk and Control Management meeting packs and minutesPerform Quality Assurance review of Controls related to Climate RiskActive role in HELIOS Data Quality Management and Qlik sense reporting and analysisCreate and update training modules with a focus in Risk and ControlsDocument project deliverables and ensure compliance with internal project management frameworkEnsure workstream status is accurately stated and risks highlighted timely to allow for mitigation across workstreams Requirements Qualifications
ExternalKNOWLEDGE
EXPERIENCEOverall experience of 10
years in a Finacial Organisation of International repute with 6
years detailed and hands on experience with assessments of risks and controls and issue and action management and governance
Preferred experience in Finance
Governance
Reporting and Analytics space in an organisation of reputeExperience in managing projects in an organisation
Demonstrate expertise of best in class tools for Planning and PMOAdept at creating Management Information for senior managementExcellent planning and organisation skills
including ability to re
plan
manage interdependencies and execute against tight timelinesAbility to highlight problems but more importantly offer innovative and practical solutions
and drive through their execution in a collective environment and in a timely mannerProven relationship management skills in dealing with all levels
with the confidence to interact with executive
senior management and drive decisions which may have far reaching implications on deliveryExceptional drive and commitment
ability to work and thrive in a fast changing
results driven environment
and proven ability in handling competing priorities Sound judgment
decision making and problem solving abilitiesExcellent communication
