Job Description Summary
Partnering with the Solutions leader for Energy Storage, enable PCS growth by coordinating the global strategy definition and deployment for the Energy Storage solutions group, covering Battery Energy Storage Systems, Solar Power Generation, eFuels production, and consumption.
As an individual contributor, utilize market and regional knowledge within a structured, data-driven framework to generate strategic insights and tactical actions, bridging strategy definition and deployment.
This role is not related to advertising, social networking, or investor relations.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide market intelligence on key projects, customers, ecosystem analysis, and market trends.
Lead and coordinate the global strategy for the Energy Storage segment.
Advocate for the growth strategy, proposing improvements as needed.
Create and monitor a strategy deployment plan with relevant business functions.
Identify and own the global pipeline for the Energy Storage segment.
Support regional readiness and competitiveness, identifying gaps and creating strategies to address them.
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree.
At least 5 years of experience with proven indirect leadership over other functions.
At least 3 years of experience in go-to-market or business strategy roles.
At least 2 years of experience in the Battery Energy Storage Systems market.
Desired CharacteristicsData analysis and business case development skills.
Experience in Solar Power, eFuels production, or fuel cell markets.
Knowledge of go-to-market strategies focusing on end-users.
Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree preferred.
Ability to manage results through a matrix organization.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Problem-solving and project leadership abilities.
Program documentation, planning, marketing, and execution skills.
